Question for the surveyors: buyer wants a moisture survey on a 1998 GRP hull that has been in the water for three years. How long out of the water before readings mean anything?
Co-skipper wanted, Halifax → Horta in June on a Swan 48. About 14 days, flight home covered. Ocean miles and a reference.
